Your MoodleCloud main site administrator password is the same for both your MoodleCloud Site and Customer Portal, and you can change it in either one of them.
There are two parts to a MoodleCloud subscription, the Site (for teaching content) and the Customer Portal (where you can manage subscription and account details). The Site and Portal are linked, and the main site administrator can access either one from the other (for more information, visit MoodleCloud Site and Portal features and login options).
If you cannot log in to your Site or Portal because of an incorrect/forgotten password, you can reset your password from either your Site login page or Portal login page (not both).
Option 1 (only for the main site administrator):
Go to the MoodleCloud Portal login page, https://moodlecloud.com/app/en/login:

- Click on "Forgot your password?",
- When prompted, enter your MoodleCloud site name (only the subdomain, without .moodlecloud.com),
- An email will be sent to the current site administrator's email address with further instructions (you may need to check your Spam/Junk mail folder).
Option 2 (for any user on the MoodleCloud site, including site administrator):
Go to your MoodleCloud Site login page, [yoursitename].moodlecloud.com:

- Click on "Lost password?"
- When prompted, enter either your username or your email address (not both),
- An email will be sent to you with further instructions (you may need to check your Spam/Junk mail folder).
