The Help Widget in your MoodleCloud Portal can help guide you to find answers to common FAQs in our knowledge base or to contact us. 

If you do not have a MoodleCloud site: 

Scroll to the bottom of this article and click 'No' which answers the question 'Was this article helpful?'. Fill out the contact form and click 'Send'. 

If you have a MoodleCloud site:

As admin you can access help articles and contact us through the orange Help Widget located bottom right of your Portal:

  1. Access your MoodleCloud Portal
  2. Open the Help Widget on the bottom right hand side;
  3. This will open a search box where you can search for answers to all of our most commonly asked questions. 
  4. If you can not find an answer to your query, you can contact us by:
    • Clicking the "Not helpful" button at the bottom of every article within the help widget;
    • Fill in the requested information in the contact form and add some screenshots showing the URL if you are reporting an error message in your MoodleCloud site.
