The Help Widget in your MoodleCloud Portal can help guide you to find answers to common FAQs in our knowledge base or to contact us.
If you do not have a MoodleCloud site:
Scroll to the bottom of this article and click 'No' which answers the question 'Was this article helpful?'. Fill out the contact form and click 'Send'.
If you have a MoodleCloud site:
As admin you can access help articles and contact us through the orange Help Widget located bottom right of your Portal:
- Access your MoodleCloud Portal;
- Open the Help Widget on the bottom right hand side;
- This will open a search box where you can search for answers to all of our most commonly asked questions.
- If you can not find an answer to your query, you can contact us by:
- Clicking the Reach the MoodleCloud Team from Monday to Friday here button at the bottom of the help widget when you open it;
- Fill in the requested information in the contact form and add some screenshots showing the URL if you are reporting an error message in your MoodleCloud site.
