You can change your MoodleCloud account details, main site administrator email address and password at any time in your MoodleCloud Portal.
To change your MoodleCloud Account details (billing address and/or email address):
- Log in to your MoodleCloud Portal,
- Select 'Account' in the top right corner,
- The information in the 'Account details' tab will appear on your invoice.
- It is also where you can add your VAT number (relevant to EU and UK).
- Save your changes before leaving!

- To change the email address of the account holder (main site administrator), go to the 'Email address' and 'Password' tabs.
Keep in mind, this will change the main site administrator account email address and password for both the Site and the Portal, as these are linked (the main site administrator is the MoodleCloud account holder).
Visit MoodleCloud Site and Portal features and options for more information on the features, options and how your Site and Portal are linked (including login options).
If you cannot log in to your site or portal, you can reset your MoodleCloud password via the site or portal login page.
