Downgrade to a smaller MoodleCloud plan

MoodleCloud Plans can be downgraded on request, once the site fits within the quotas of the requested plan. 


  • Please contact the MoodleCloud Team to request a plan downgrade, as this process is not possible via your customer portal. 

  • When a plan downgrade is processed, the pro-rata difference in price will be applied as a credit to your MoodleCloud account for your next subscription related charge.
  • It is recommended to request a downgrade at least 2 weeks before your subscription renewal date.
  • If your paid subscription period has already ended, a downgrade may take longer to process.
  • You will need to make sure that your site fits within the quotas of your preferred plan before requesting a downgrade.
