MoodleCloud Plans can be downgraded on request, once the site fits within the quotas of the requested plan.
Please contact the MoodleCloud Team to request a plan downgrade, as this process is not possible via your customer portal.
- When a plan downgrade is processed, the pro-rata difference in price will be applied as a credit to your MoodleCloud account for your next subscription related charge.
- It is recommended to request a downgrade at least 2 weeks before your subscription renewal date.
- If your paid subscription period has already ended, a downgrade may take longer to process.
You will need to make sure that your site fits within the quotas of your preferred plan before requesting a downgrade.
- You can suspend users to not count toward your active quota - suspended users cannot access your site, but their user account and data remain on the site.
- MoodleCloud site storage can be managed to fit within storage quotas.
