We understand that business needs may change. We may be able to downgrade your site, but this cannot be done via the MoodleCloud portal.
You have to contact the MoodleCloud Team and request a subscription and site downgrade.
If a downgrade is possible, it may take a while before it is processed. It is advisable to enquire about a downgrade at least 3 weeks before your subscription renewal. Downgrades can be requested earlier as subscriptions will receive a pro-rata credit.
You will need to make sure that your site fits within the quotas of your preferred plan before requesting a downgrade.
