When users sign up to a MoodleCloud site, they must agree to the MoodleCloud Terms of Service, Cookies Policy and Privacy Notice. MoodleCloud administrators can add custom policies to this (including in other languages).
- Moodle is obligated to provide valid agreements that are mandatory for all users. These default policies cannot be disabled by site administrators.
- There are no immediate plans to make this available in languages other than English.
- You can configure and add your own (additional) policies if you like. Please refer to the article Policies for more information, but as an overview:
- Go to Site administration > Users > Privacy and policies > Manage policies;
- Click New Policy;
- Add the relevant information and click Save.
Refer to MoodleCloud Terms of Service & Privacy Policy to find the default, mandatory policies of our service.
