If you are unable to subscribe or renew your subscription, make sure you have entered the correct payment details (Visa, Mastercard or PayPal).
You should also take the following into account:
- We do not accept American Express (you can link Amex to a PayPal account).
- Check that you are using a compatible browser (the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari).
- If you are still having issues with the payment, we suggest that you contact your bank first and check if they are blocking the payment to MoodleCloud.
- Banks have increased their security and authorisation requirements, especially with foreign currency transactions (due to the potential for fraud). Please contact your bank.
