If you are unable to subscribe or renew your subscription, make sure you have entered the correct payment details (Visa, Mastercard or PayPal).
You should also take the following into account:
- We only accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal (not American Express, but you may be able to link Amex to a PayPal account).
- Check that you are using a compatible browser (the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari).
- A location verification is also done to validate your billing address, payment method and your location at time of payment.
- If you are still having issues with the payment, we suggest that you contact your bank first and check if they are blocking the payment to MoodleCloud. Banks have increased their security and authorisation requirements, especially with foreign currency transactions (due to the potential for fraud).
If your new site is not being created:
- When first subscribing to MoodleCloud, site creation should only take a few minutes. Various payment issues may interfere with this process.
- As a workaround, first create a time-limited free trial, then you can Upgrade to a paid MoodleCloud Plan at any time during the trial period.
