BigBlueButton is a web conferencing system for up to 100 users, designed for online learning and it is available in all our MoodleCloud sites.
- It enables you to share your audio, slides, chat, video, and desktop with students.
- Built-in polling makes it easy to engage students.
- You can create unlimited BigBlueButton sessions in your courses.
- Breakout rooms are available for up to 8 students.
- During each breakout session, you can have 8 people in a breakout room (maximum of 12 breakout rooms in a BBB session). For more info on breakout rooms, you can check BBB knowledge base.
- If you are on a MoodleCloud Starter plan or a time-limited Free Trial, you will be limited to your plan's quota of 50 users for a BigBlueButton session
- You can refer to (Article ) on how to manage the attendance of these users.
- Your lectures can be recorded and viewed for up to 365 days (7 days on our time-limited MoodleCloud Free Trial sites).
