I am experiencing difficulties changing or adding a payment method on the Apps Portal. How can I resolve this issue?

Please note that in certain instances, our payments provider may block requests originating from particular countries or from cards issued by some banks*.



To address any issues with changing or adding a payment method, we kindly ask that you log in to the Moodle Apps Portal and navigate to the Support tab. From there, please inform us of the specific issue you are facing.
