You may need to upgrade to a Moodle App plan depending on whether or not you are using MoodleCloud or are hosted by a Moodle Partner, the number of active devices receiving push notifications and if you are using customisable app features:
- If you are using MoodleCloud or your site is hosted by a Moodle Partner, your site will have a Premium App plan by default.
- Otherwise, you can register your site in the Apps Portal with a free plan and obtain information such as the number of active devices receiving push notifications during the last month to see which of the plans would work better for your organisation. Site administrators should also check if they are using any of the ‘Customisable app features’ (via Site administration > Mobile app > Mobile app features) as continued use will require upgrading to a plan.
