H5P is a downstream plugin so you will need to refer to the H5P Group (as plugin owner) for their GDPR compliance information.
- Using H5P in MoodleCloud does not require you to sign up for an account on the H5P website.

- H5P supports the Privacy API provided by Moodle, so it supports the retrieval, export and erasure of personal data within the site.
