Refunds and Exchanges for Moodle Shop purchases

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purposes. You may return your order only if it is the wrong size, incorrect colour to what you ordered, or if you receive damaged goods.

If you have any issues with your order, please complete our enquiry form with the full details in accordance with Printify’s Issue Submission Requirements. We will organise a replacement order for you free of charge. 

We will need: 

  • Contact details – Full name and email address
  • Reason for requesting a replacement order e.g. “I received a wrong size”
  • Order ID number
  • Product name
  • Photo evidence of the item you’d like to return or exchange (photo size limit 10MB). Once our team receives your request, they will ask you for photo evidence.
  • Shipping address (only if it is different to the original order)

We will contact you in the email address you have provided to confirm your details and replacement order. This process might take up to 2 weeks.

If there are any issues with a replacement order, we will refund you by your original payment method. We do not provide store credits. 

You are responsible for providing the correct information and selecting the correct products.
