You can have up to 8 people in each Breakout Room in a BigBlueButton video conference on MoodleCloud.

BigBlueButton (BBB) is a plugin that allows for videoconferencing in MoodleCloud sites.
Up to 100 users can attend each session.
During each breakout session you can have 8 people in a breakout room (maximum of 12 breakout rooms in a BBB session).
